Each of the gift ideas in the catalog correspond to actual needs that ORPHANetwork has identified in our partner communities and orphanages...if we're displaying a backpack on the catalog, it is because we know children who will be blessed by a backpack for school.

You can be sure your gift has gone where it is needed, and where it will be used effectively for the purpose you intended. And please know that many of these gifts will change children's lives.

Sweet! How does it Work?

First, browse through our catalog of gift options to find a gift you're excited about. 

Once you click through to the shopping cart and purchase your gift, we'll find out here in the ORPHANetwork office. On your end, you'll receive confirmation of your order, as well as either a paper card, or an e-card. Both of these are designed to be given to the person on whose behalf the gift was purchased. We'll even send it for you if you'd like us to.

On our end, we'll see what gift you purchased, and run through our list of in-country partners to find out where the biggest need is. We won't give your gift straight to a child. Instead, we believe it's vital to equip our indigenous leaders with these items. We'll give your gift, for example, to an orphanage director, so that they can give it to their children. This blesses the child, and sets up the leaders of our orphanages and feeding programs as the caretakers and providers. We just think it's the smartest way to go about it, don't you?

Can I check out the E-Card Options for Christmas? 

Sure! Just click on the buttons below to go straight to the E-Card Options! There are two categories: The FRONT of the e-cards contain six different image options with a Christmas backing. The BACK contain five different schemes of Thank-You text. If you have a standard ink-jet home printer, just print out the front of one, then reenter your paper into the printer and print out the back. It should line up!

* While we have made every effort to anticipate the response to the Una Vida campaign, there may be situations where the orders for a particular gift exceed our capacity to support our Nicaraguan partners in that particular way. In those situations, your donation will be directed to wherever it is needed most.
